This event is suitable for all ages.

Required Fitness Level
Beginner - For All Skill Levels

Hike will start at the Cosens Gate on Cosens Bay Road in Coldstream (south of Vernon). We will do a loop up the lookout trail down to Cosens Bay, returning up the Cosens Bay Trail. Approximately 7.5 - 8 km loop, will take about 2-2.5 hours to complete, just in time for lunch! I would consider it a medium difficulty hike. The lookout trail does get some elevation but the return from the beach is a gradual slope.

Directions from Kelowna

Turn Right at the lights onto College Way just south of Vernon
